Mr Malal, is a very friendly and courteous. He put me at ease soon after meeting him. Unlike other consultants I have seen surgery was not his first suggestion and we discussed a range of treatments. I found him to be very thorough and obviously is an expert in his field. I do not think there was anything about Mr Mala's treatment of me that could be improved. I like morning appointments but I understand that this is not possible. The only improvement would be to the outpatients area at the Spire which is not particularly confidential.

In 2016 Mr George-Malal operated on my left hand to release a 'Trigger' middle finger. This was entirely successful and left no discernible scarring. The following year I had a further operation by Mr George-Malal to release a 'Trigger' ring finger on the same hand and once again it was completely successful. I am delighted with the final results and the scarring is virtually invisible. At all times Mr George-Malal provided me with a thorough explanation of the procedures and put me fully at ease.

Pleasant, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Good advice given and follow up care discussed with it all followed up by letter . Just wished I didn’t feel so rushed during clinic time due to late start of evening clinic as Dr was late starting , which resulted in a backlog of patients waiting to be seen in a busy evening private clinic .

I would highly recommend Mr. Malal. He has a very pleasant and attentive manner, which immediately puts you at ease. My carpal tunnel was explained clearly and the operation needed to relieve the symptoms. He explained fully about the operation and recovery thereafter and success rates. He was very reassuring. My operation was very successful and I am 100% happy.
